Product Description
Their impellers are installed on the axis of the motor directly. Three speeds are matched: 2900,1450,960r/min, when the rotation is not exceeding 60m/s, anticlockwise rotate facing inlet air vent. The passing air should not be corrosive, dustless, below 40°C and re-tested in the factory to ensure stable operation.
This series has 3 types according to the impellers' diameters, which are: No. 2.8,3.15,3.55,4,4.5,5,5.6,6.3,7.1,8,9,10,11.2, etc. Every type has 5 angles: 15/20/25/30/35 degrees
Advanced pneumatic blades (forward or backward) reduce noise at 8-10 dB (A), and power 6%.
T35, BT35 fans consist of impellers, casing, air collectors, which are made of steel. Supports are made of section bar, connecting with duct. Impellers are composed by blades and hubs. Casings consist of duct and support, which are made of steel sheet and section bar. Ducts are round, having some space with the impeller. Air collectors encompass flanges and air collectors. It is made of one-step molding steel, reducing air loss.
